Capital is a 12-storey office building containing 169,096 square feet, which is being converted into 154 residential units plus a new 6-storey building containing 60 residential units. The building is located on the newly restored Capital Boulevard in Edmonton’s downtown core. Construction of the redevelopment and the new building completion is expected in late 2019
